Complaints
We are committed to ensuring all our stakeholders feel positive about the school
We encourage parents and children to speak to an adult if there is something that they are concerned or worried about. We have an open door policy and find that talking about a situation usually means that any problem can be resolved.
Parents are welcome to speak to the class teacher if there is a concern. We find that it works best when parents speak to a class teacher after school rather than when teachers are taking the children for their lessons. An appointment can be made through the office if a more lengthy discussion is required.
If the problem is not resolved, parents are encouraged to speak to the office staff in order arrange to speak to the Head Teacher.
If parents continue to feel dissatisfied, they are able to make a complaint following the policy below.
